These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Trehko LLC ("Trehko," "we," "us," or "our"), a Wisconsin limited liability company. By accessing or using the Trehko website at trehko.com, the Trehko web app at beta.trehko.com, or any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

Trehko is a discovery and planning platform. We do not sell race registrations directly — all registrations occur on the race organizer's own registration system. We are not responsible for the accuracy of race information provided by race organizers or for changes to race dates, courses, or registration terms.
To access certain features of the Service you must create an account. You agree to:
You may not create an account for or on behalf of another person without their consent, or create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits or suspensions.
Plans. Trehko offers a Free plan and two paid subscription plans: Trehko Elite and Trehko Coach. Current pricing is listed at trehko.com/pricing and is subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Billing. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle depending on your selection. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features through the end of the period for which you have already paid.
Refunds. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are unsatisfied within 30 days of your first paid charge, contact austin@trehko.com for a full refund. After 30 days, charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Failed payments. If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. If the payment remains outstanding after reasonable attempts, we reserve the right to downgrade your account to the Free plan.
We may offer a free trial period for paid plans. During a free trial you will have access to the features of the selected plan without charge. At the end of the trial period, you will be charged at the regular rate unless you cancel before the trial ends. We reserve the right to limit free trials to one per person or household.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these provisions.
Race listings on Trehko include information sourced from race organizers, public sources, and our own research team. While we make reasonable efforts to keep this information accurate, we make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any race listing, including race dates, distances, registration fees, deadlines, course details, or prize amounts.
Race registration is solely between you and the race organizer. Trehko is not a party to any registration transaction. Any disputes regarding a race, registration, entry fees, refunds, or event cancellation are between you and the race organizer.
Links to third-party registration systems, race websites, and map tile providers are provided for convenience. Trehko is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third-party website.
Coach accounts. A Trehko Coach subscription allows one coach to create and upload training plans, add workout notes, and view the dashboards of athletes who have granted them access. The Coach plan fee covers unlimited athlete connections with no per-athlete charge.
Athlete consent. Athletes must affirmatively accept a coach connection request before a coach can view their data or assign training plans. Athletes may revoke coach access at any time through their account settings.
Coach responsibility. Coaches are solely responsible for the training advice, plans, and notes they provide through Trehko. Trehko does not review, endorse, or verify the qualifications of coaches on the platform. Athletes should exercise independent judgment regarding any training advice they receive.
Data access. When an athlete connects with a coach, the coach can view that athlete's race wishlist, assigned workouts, and performance data the athlete has synced. This access ends immediately if the athlete revokes the connection.
The Service, including its design, code, text, graphics, logos, and race data compiled by Trehko, is owned by or licensed to Trehko LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any portion of the Service without our express written permission.
User content. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (such as training notes or profile information). By submitting content, you grant Trehko a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Trehko does not warrant that (a) the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, (b) race information will be accurate or current, (c) the Service will meet your requirements, or (d) any errors in the Service will be corrected.
Endurance racing and training involve inherent physical risks. Nothing in the Service constitutes medical, fitness, or training advice. Always consult a qualified medical or coaching professional before beginning or modifying a training program.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TREHKO LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL TREHKO'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TREHKO IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $50 USD.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trehko LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party; or (c) any content you submit through the Service.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at austin@trehko.com or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund any prepaid subscription fees on a pro-rata basis. If we terminate for cause (e.g., violation of these Terms), no refund will be issued.
Sections 9, 10, 11, 12, and 14 of these Terms survive any termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Informal resolution. Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to contact us at austin@trehko.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will respond within 30 days. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally within 60 days, either party may pursue formal legal action.
Venue. Any legal action arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Class action waiver. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel any paid subscriptions.
