Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. If you upgrade mid-cycle you'll be charged the prorated difference. If you downgrade, you keep your current plan until the end of the billing period.
Is there a free trial for Elite or Coach?
Yes — both Elite and Coach come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You'll only be charged after your trial ends.
How does the Coach plan work with athletes?
A Coach account is one flat subscription — you pay once and can manage as many athletes as you want. There are no per-seat or per-athlete fees. Coaches upload weekly training plans, add daily notes, and view each athlete's dashboard from their own account.
Do athletes need a paid plan to receive coach plans?
Athletes can receive and view training plans from their coach on the Free plan. A paid Elite plan is only needed if the athlete also wants access to Elite-specific features like weather forecasts, pacing tools, or unlimited wishlist.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor. Annual plans can also be paid via ACH bank transfer — contact us at austin@trehko.com.
How much can I save on an annual plan?
Elite annual is $34.99/year vs. $47.88/year billed monthly — a 27% savings. Coach is a flat $40/month with no annual plan.
Can I get a refund?
If you're unsatisfied within the first 30 days of a paid plan, contact austin@trehko.com and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
